MEET YOUR COACH

Hey, I'm Meg.

Back in 2017, I was diagnosed with PCOS just like you. Believe me when I say I know how hard it is just to find someone who will listen and understand.

After years of trying my best to follow a macro and lifting plan + get my steps in...I knew there had to be something deeper going on.

I was so bloated that I looked 6 months pregnant.

I was exhausted no matter how much sleep I got.

And even though I pushed SO hard in the gym, I could never see muscle gain like my friends could. 

It wasn't until I found a coach who addressed the root cause of my PCOS that everything clicked- I lost 6% of my body fat, suddenly was energized on 8 hours of sleep, and my mood started to feel so stable! 

I thought "Wow, so this is what it feels like to be myself."
